X:  this code means you will need a professional cleaner to clean this chair. You can clean the chair by brushing and scrubbing.

S: this code means you have to clean the chair with a water-free solution.

W: this code means you can clean the chair with water and water solution.

WS: This code means you can use a water solution or dry cleaning solution to clean the chair.

C: it means Crypton cleaning. Crypton cleans means removing stains with plain water and detergent powder.
